The registration fee is $35. Please mail this form and a check as soon as possible.
The club reserves the right to limit the number of fishermen. There are no refunds,
however, in the event of a cut-off, your check will be returned. This form may be
duplicated. Please sign and mail this form prior to the Saturday before the tournament. You must
still check in between noon and 3 p.m. the day of the tournament.
