The membership of over 500 individuals and families are all sportsmen who are dedicated to the development of the qualities of patriotism and good sportsmanship. They believe in the conservation of the waters, land, fish and wildlife of Martha's Vineyard, and in promoting safety in fishing, hunting, archery, firearms use and boating, all of which are the basic ingredients of good citizenship.
